SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES

            It is the policy of the Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley School District #2888 to provide a free and appropriate public education for all children with disabilities within its legal jurisdiction (ages 0 to 22), regardless of type or severity of the disabling condition.

            The district’s special education system in cooperation with the Midwest Special Education Cooperative provides a Total Special Education System for the district.  This system allows for annual review and evaluation.

            Program areas include:  Speech/Language Impairment, Developmental Cognitive Disability: Mild-Moderate, Developmental Cognitive Disability: Severe-Profound, Physically Impaired, Deaf-Hard of Hearing, Visually Impaired, Specific Learning Disability, Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Deaf-Blind, Other Health Disabled, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Severely Multiply Impaired, Developmental Adapted Physical Education, and Early Childhood Special Education.
